What’s a Catalog for?
A Catalog is a way to create a “Favorite's list” of your favorite or most ordered products. For example, hygiene, disposables, restorative, dentures & partials products can be placed into a Catalog for quick access.
Catalogs you’ve created are personal to you, but can be shared with:
- Users - e.g. individual team members
- Your location as a whole - all team members in your location
You'll be able to use catalogs to help organize products for faster ordering since these lists populate in the ‘Filter’ drop-down. You'll be able to grab organized products when creating requests.
How to Create a Catalog:
1. Click Shop in the Menu Bar > Select the Catalogs option
This will bring you to the catalog summary page that will list out all the catalogs that you’ve created
2. Click Create New Catalog
- Create Catalog Name
- Click Create Catalog button
- Click Add Products
- Select products that you want to add to your favorite's list
- Click Add XX Products button to add the products to your Catalog
Edit Existing Catalogs
Adding Products:
- Click into Products of the selected catalog
- Click Add Products
- Search for products
- Select products that you want to add to your favorites list
- Click Add Products
Removing Products:
- Click into Products of the selected catalog
- Select the products you want to delete
- Click the trash can
icon or Remove Products
- Click Save Changes
