Before you begin, it's important to ensure that you are using the Google Chrome browser and have successfully downloaded the mConnect Chrome extension. To learn how to download mConnect, please refer to this article.

📝 This article will guide you through the process of enabling supplier login credentials to be shared with all users at a practice. It is important to note that enabling this option will affect all new users or users who have not been assigned a login yet. However, please keep in mind that all users still need to download the mConnect Chrome extension.

How to Share Credentials at the Practice Level

1. Navigate to the "Settings" option in the menu bar located on the left side of your screen. Next, select "Integrations" from the list.

2. Select the supplier you wish to connect to from the list on the left side of your screen.

3. Find the specific location where you want to make changes and click on "Logins".

4. Click on the "New Supplier Login" button.

5. Next, input the identical login credentials that you would typically utilize to access the supplier's website. This next step is the most crucial: select the option to "Share with other users at this location".

📝 Reminder: enabling this option allows for the sharing of login credentials/connection with all new users or users who have not been assigned a login yet. All users will still need to have the mConnect Chrome extension downloaded.

7. Click on "the Log in" button.

8. Finally, click on the "Done" button.
