This guide will help you navigate through the self-serve onboarding process to ensure a smooth start to utilizing the Method platform.
Getting Started
Before you begin, it's important to ensure that you are using the Google Chrome browser. If you need to download Chrome, click here.
Select Preferred Suppliers
To begin, you will want to choose your preferred suppliers. These are the suppliers you order from most often and will be marked with a star icon next to their name.
1. From the Manage > Suppliers page, select a supplier that you would like to make preferred.
2. Click on the Location Preferences tab.
3. Toggle on the Preferred Supplier option.
💡You can also toggle on the Display Promotions option if desired. This will display promotions on eligible items when buying from this supplier.
4. Click on the Save Changes button.
Download the mConnect Google Chrome Extension
This step is crucial in your setup process as this will allow you to connect to your suppliers and pull your contracted pricing into Method. Connect to Suppliers and Share Credentials
Finally, you'll need to connect with suppliers using the same username and password you use for their website. It's also a good idea to select the "Share with other users at this location" option when connecting to suppliers. For detailed instructions, please refer to the following help article.
